Perfect Marks for Freiburg

Psychology and Microsystems Engineering are among the four subjects of the University of Freiburg to achieve very good results in the CHE-Ranking

Four subjects of the University of Freiburg have taken part in the current ranking of the Centre for Higher Education, CHE-Ranking for short, and achieved very good results. Among them are also the two fields Psychology and Microsystems Engineering which are collaborating in livMatS.

According to the ranking, psychology, which is ranked 4th out of 43 locations nationwide in the average of all evaluations, is particularly convincing in terms of equipment and accessibility to study. The German language and literature department, which ranks 6th out of 21 graded locations nationwide in the average of all evaluations, scores particularly well in terms of the general study situation, study organization and accessibility to study. Educational science is characterized by particularly intensive professional and practical relevance, while computer science and microsystems engineering take first place nationwide in terms of research-relevant indicators.

According to the CHE, about 150,000 students took part in the survey for the ranking. Nationwide, more than 300 universities and universities of applied sciences were surveyed. Each of the more than 30 subjects considered is re-evaluated every three years.
