Project description
Development of soft autonomous machine (SaM) systems controlled via soft logic gates with soft switches and sensors for environmental interaction
I am a soft robotics researcher specializing in the design, fabrication and actuation of pneumatic soft robots. In the Demonstrator area, I am presently focusing on the development of soft autonomous machine (SaM) systems controlled via soft logic gates and sensors for interaction with the environment.
After establishing a basic operational system, my main focus will be on integrating developments from other livMats research areas to construct a fully operational autonomous robot.
