TriboMech - Programmable Triboelectric Energy Harvesting through Mechanical Design
My research focuses on energy harvesting from the environment, with a particular interest in harnessing vibrations. In my work, I investigate the potential of triboelectric materials to generate electricity from mechanical motion. I develop and test novel triboelectric materials and design and optimize devices for energy harvesting. This research has the potential to make a significant contribution to the development of sustainable energy solutions and to help meet the growing global demand for clean and renewable energy.
